THE CATHOLIC KNIGHT: Now that Mubarak has been ousted, the Egyptians have just shown the rest of the Muslim world how it's done. The paradigm shift I wrote of in a previous blog entry has just happened. Look for the pattern to repeat itself in the months and years ahead. Look for moderate Arab states to take on more hardline anti-Western positions to prevent uprisings in their own countries. Look for the Muslim Brotherhood to begin the process of fielding their own popular candidates in "free and fair" elections. Look for similar hardline Islamist organizations to do the same in other countries. Look for the sudden and rapid rise of an independent Palestine. (George Soros is allegedly working for that behind the scenes.). Look for Israel to become increasingly isolated and belligerent in the months and years ahead. All of this should occur simultaneously as the United States goes into another economic meltdown and becomes increasingly helpless to do anything in the Middle East. The end of the "American Century" is upon us....

Hail Mary, poor and humble Woman,THE CATHOLIC KNIGHT reminds his readers that America is not (nor has ever been) the Church. Empires rise and fall. That is the way of this world, and America is an empire, just as the British were before us, and the Romans were before them. Catholic Americans are Catholic first. The nation which is our REAL home was not built with human hands. We are strangers and pilgrims here in this world. As an American I love my country. Nevertheless my first allegiance is to Jesus Christ, his Catholic Church, and his Blessed Mother. In times like this, we must all keep focus.

The Middle East has been a poison cup to any nation or empire that was foolish enough to stick their noses into it. Look at all the nations and empires that messed with the ME in the last century. Where are they now? If this country wishes to preserve what we still have, we need to get out of that hellhole and let some other fools lose their hennies there.
Scotju, the problem is the United States is wrapped up into the entire Middle East like an octopus. Our tentacles can be seen everywhere. That's why there is so much hatred directed toward us in particular. How much Arab hatred is directed toward Canada these days?
G.W. Bush tried to sell us the line that the Arabs hate us for our freedom. Wrong! They hate us because of our influence over their monarchs and dictators.
You're right Scotju, there is only one way out and that is complete disengagement. Israel already has everything they need to defend themselves, and if they do so smartly, they may get another 50 years out of their pipedream before it's crushed by demographics. I have a sad feeling they won't play it smart though. They want to preserve their nation as a "Jewish state" for generations, and that is what's going to get them destroyed.
These fools in Washington D.C. think they can control this, that they've got their finger on the pulse, and they can steer it anyway they want. Man, are they in for a rude awakening. God save us all!
Sir Knight, the establishment of the Zionist colony called Israel was a mistake from the word go. The Zionist leaders, blinded by their fanatical ideology, believed they could plop thousands of Jews into an area that was predominately Muslim. Once they secured the land, they started to treat anyone who wasn't a Jew or a Zionist like dirt. A very bad move if you're dependant on the good will of the Christian West, and the millions of Muslims living across your border who don't like the way you're treating their friends and relatives. The leaders of the Zionist colony have better wake up and realize that they must change their losing strategy. Right now, they have a great army, air force, and navy. they have nuclear weapons. But, they can not win against Arab demographics inside and outside of Israel. The declining birthrate caused by the highest rate of abortion and birth control in the world will kill off their armed forces in the womb. The good will that they had coming from the West, primary as a result of what happened in WWII, has dissapated. It's really hard to play the victim card when you're a bully like the ones who whipped on you years ago. The only ones who give them any uncritical support anymore are their fellow Zionists or dopey dispensationalists Christians(?) like Hagee. since these idiots don't have any armies, what good is their support going to be in the long run?

It's amazing you are sayimg this. Other that you, the one person I saw saying this was me. I always say I'm a patriot but first, my homeland is the Catholic Church.
