Impeach Him !!!

THE CATHOLIC KNIGHT: As of today, the president of the United States is in violation of the War Powers Act and has committed a federal crime. If the Republican Congress really cares about the rule of law, they will impeach him.

But then who would the Republican leadership play golf with? Besides, Obama already knows the secret handshake.

Sir Knight,

From your mouth to God's ear, but we know nothing will be done. The republicans are cowards. The fact of the matter is they know the truth about Obama and they've known it for a very long time. The man's a complete fraud. He was never eligible to be President in the first place, his school records are hiddened and it's been proven he didn't write his books. He's nothing but a Marxist punk from the Chicago political machine working for our enemies. God help our country!

By Monday afternoon we will know what kind of metal this Republican congress is made of -- sadly, I'm afraid it's tinfoil.

Irishman here, pray tell what exactly has Obama just done now? I am aware of the scandals and doubts surrounding his birth certificate, school records, shenanigens with planned parenthood and that general chicanery.

Irishman, the issues you cited are merely scandals, doubts, suspicions and politics. None of them can be proved as impeachable offenses, which is why I've never actually called for his impeachment until now.

As of today, 6-11-2011, Barack Obama is in violation of the War Powers Act because as of today, he has committed our military to acts of war against Libya without congressional approval. He had 90 days to request a declaration of war from Congress. He failed to do this, and now he's saying he doesn't need to. This is a violation of the War Powers Act, a federal law that restricts the president's ability to make war without congressional approval. It is a federal law, and it is backed by the Constitution of the United States.

By failing to get congressional approval after 90 days, for acts of war committed in Libya, the president has committed an actual crime -- a felony -- which is not a technical crime but an obvious crime. The president of the United States is now a criminal based on US law. He should be impeached and removed from office. If he's not, than those congressmen who failed to act are aiding and abeting a known criminal.

Dear Sir Knight,

Did you call for Bush's impeachment when he started and continued two wars, Afghanistan and Iraq, without any declaration of war?

We must be consistent here. Bush was a dishonest and unchristian president; does anyone doubt that? even if Obama is a spineless coward, one must criticize consistently.

Bush was a monster, even though he got his declaration of war on the Taliban and used an old declaration of war on Iraq. He used legal loopholes so as to not get impeached, but his reason for going into Iraq was deceptive and unacceptable. He followed the law, just barely, so as to avoid criminal charges, but his motives were both unchristian and criminal. Looking back, it's all very clear now.

Hey, what do you mean Bush was a monster? He may not have been perfect, but I liked him a lot more than Obama. During the Bush presidency, I had a great job I enjoyed and was prosperous. As soon as Obama took office, there were budget cuts and downsizing, I got laid off, and I have been unemployed for over 2 years (plus, to make matters worse, I am probaby the only unemployed person in the US whose unemployment claim was denied). I wish with all my heart Bush was STILL president.
