The Catholic Knight will be taking an extended leave of absence from the blogosphere effective immediately. To my loyal readers I am sorry. To those who despise my work, please know it will remain in the Internet indefinitely.
I want to thank you all for your support, emails, comments and most of all your prayers. Please know that I would not leave you without good reason. I covet only your continued prayers and I ask that you take what I've tried to give you all and build upon it, in whatever capacity the Lord has given you.
As of this date, The Catholic Knight blog registers about one-thousand unique visitors a day. About four-hundred of you are regular readers and frequently return. I am so glad to have reached so many and I feel honoured that you let my words be a part of your lives for so long.
I may be back someday, but I don't know when or how. Some of you know this has been a long time coming. I first announced this intention almost a year ago. The time has come now for me to tend to other business, much of it family related. God bless you all, and thank you for the privilege of letting me write for you.
In HIS Majesty's Service,
The Catholic Knight

I wish to thank you all for your well wishes, comments and emails. Sorry I haven't had time to respond to them yet, but please know they were read. I am humbled to have touched so many of you.
This is just a leave of absence. I am not closing down the blog. The content will remain online indefinitely. I may or may not have time to moderate comments. So if something doesn't get posted, please don't take it personally.
I do have some pre-programmed articles set to go out on certain dates, and I plan to write more of that type in the future. This means that during this leave, the blog will still have some activity, but greatly reduced. So in other words, it's not dead - just hibernating.
I honestly don't know when I'll be able to get back to regular blogging here. I had been posting three to six articles a week, depending on my schedule, and I just don't see how that will be possible for the foreseeable future. Even one article a week is going to be difficult right now.
So don't write the Knight off just yet. The blog still exists, just not as active. You will get some articles once in a while, but they will be few and spaced out in between. Until things change just keep me and my family in your prayers as you all are in mine.
In HIS Service,
TCK
I am new to your blog, but I am a proud Roman Catholic and Confederate-American. I hope your family business is successful and that you return to the blog. Oh yeah, Ron Paul for President 2012!
